We handle account information, learning activity, and community communication responsibly.

Information we handle

We may process your name, email, profile, learning activity, project submissions, and information you provide while using the service. When you check in to a community activity, we also process an attendance photo, device location, check-in time, and attendance action records.

Why we use it

Data is used to provide account access, learning, instructor feedback, support, security, and service improvement. Attendance photos and locations are used solely as evidence of attendance at community activities.

Attendance access and retention

Attendance evidence is available only to the relevant participant and the activity creator or speaker. Photo and location evidence is deleted no later than 12 months after the activity unless it remains necessary for dispute resolution or legal obligations. Audit records retain recording or deletion actions without copying the photo or location coordinates.

Service providers

Technical providers such as email, authentication, analytics, or language detection may process data where needed. We do not sell participant personal data.

Your choices

You may request an account data update or deletion through support, subject to applicable operational and legal obligations.
